Marcus and Lisa got married at a small church in the village of Kals am Großglockner, a town at the base of the tallest mountain in Austria in east Tyrol. This wedding blended traditional elements with modern sophistication, as the guests and wedding party stayed at the hip Gradonna Mountain Resort surrounded by the glorious mountains. I never knew lederhosen could look so good! According to my informal poll, the majority of Austrians have never seen "The Sound of Music"—but the hills were definitely alive for this one!
