Susanna and Hamid's wedding at the Piedmont Community Hall was full of so many of the things I love about weddings—overflowing love, music, community support, beautiful details, and pure exuberance (and it was nestled in the redwoods!). The ceremony included music performed by their friends, and a honey ritual rooted in Persian tradition. After dinner, John Brothers Piano Company got everyone dancing to their unique sound of early jazz, stride, and swing. I couldn't help but dance myself!
